About Rob Hodges
With over 18 years experience participating in middle distance and cross country running, I’ve learnt how to adapt and improve through exercise. My training involves a great mix of continuous and interval running, backed-up with strength and conditioning routines. You can check out my race history if you want.
As a Loughborough University graduate in Sports Science with Management (BSc) and Sport and Exercise Nutrition (MSc), I feel its appropriate to share my learnings and experience to help you become fitter, healthier and more productive.
